Knowledge Base Engineer

Forge.AI is seeking computer scientists with a passion for technology and a thirst for solving unique and hard problems. Forge is solving one of hardest challenges in AI - how to capture and transform the world’s unstructured information into codified, machine event streams that are specifically designed for consumption by a company’s modeling, decision-making environments and AI infrastructure.

Languages and Tools
  • Solid programming skills preferably in Python, C++ (c++17), and Java (helpful)

  • Experience developing solutions that will run at scale and 24x7x365 is very helpful

  • Knowledge of OWL ontologies

  • Knowledge of Gremlin (helpful)


  • Git/GitHub and SDLC

  • Work with the KB lead and data engineers maturing all aspects of a semantic, temporal, probabilistic graph model.

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing Forge’s semantic knowledge base that supports real-time reasoning, entity resolution, and entity enrichment

  • Work closely with Forge’s human language technology team, data distribution team, and infrastructure engineers to optimize performance and insure the scalability of the solution
